These Terms and Conditions apply to all diagnostic services offered by UNIRAD UK, including MRI scans and associated healthcare services. By using our website or booking any service, you agree to abide by the terms set out below.
UNIRAD UK is a leading independent healthcare provider specialising in mobile diagnostic imaging. We operate in Glasgow, with expansion plans across the UK. Our services are delivered by experienced healthcare professionals and overseen by GMC-registered Consultant Radiologists.

You may self-refer or book through a GP or consultant.

All bookings are subject to availability and clinical suitability.

We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments due to operational or medical reasons.

Prices are transparently listed on our website.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees include MRI scanning, radiologist reporting, and access to digital images.

Optional services (e.g., post-scan consultations or contrast) may incur additional costs.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and offer instalment options where available.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment.

Late cancellations (within 48 hours) may be subject to a £50 fee.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.

You must provide accurate and complete medical history during booking and at the time of your appointment.

All patients must complete a pre-scan MRI safety screening form.

We may refuse or delay scans if we believe it is clinically unsafe (e.g., pacemakers, metal implants, pregnancy).

Patients with claustrophobia should inform us in advance; comfort measures (e.g., music, breaks, support) can be arranged.

If a contrast-enhanced MRI is required, a separate consent will be obtained.

A small risk of allergic reaction to gadolinium-based contrast agents exists (approx. 1 in 1,000).

Patients receiving contrast must remain on-site for at least 30 minutes post-scan.

Results are interpreted by a UK-based Consultant Radiologist.

Most reports are issued within 48 hours of the scan.

You will receive a digital report and image access via secure email or link.

It is your responsibility to follow up with your referring GP or specialist.

No medical diagnosis or treatment is provided via the website.

You agree not to copy, misuse or distribute content without our permission.

MRI scans are not suitable for all patients. If unsuitable, alternative recommendations may be given.

Appointments may be postponed or redirected due to technical, clinical, or scheduling conflicts.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
